Seth Watte has owned and managed rental property in Twin Falls, Idaho since 2005. What started with one residential building has grown into seven properties and more than thirty units across the city — studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, commercial suites, and themed Airbnb vacation rentals near Shoshone Falls and the Snake River Canyon.
The whole operation runs from the same address that signs every lease: 3228 Spring Creek Dr, Twin Falls, ID 83301. Seth answers his own phone, walks his own units, and signs his own checks. There is no leasing office, no national property-management chain, no automated voicemail tree.
How Seth runs the business
Seth manages every property personally. Tenants reach him directly — usually within twenty minutes by phone or text. He covers processing fees on every electronic rent payment so tenants pay zero on Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, or Zelle. He keeps the application free, the lease plain-English, and the deposit refunds tracked under Idaho Code § 6-321, the state landlord-tenant deposit statute.
Maintenance, turnovers, and unit improvements run through Seth’s own team and a short list of trusted Magic Valley contractors. When something breaks, the same person who signed your lease is the person who picks up the phone.
